Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 Working Days. If there are any issues with your order or it does not arrive within 7 days of ordering, please let us know by emailing hello@thebakeporium.co.uk along with your name and order number in the subject line. Your query will be responded to within 48 hours during the working week. 
Holiday Notice
As we are a small team, we will endeavour to give two weeks notice of pre-planned holidays.
 
Please note:
  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please contact us should you wish to make any amendments within 2 hours of your order being placed. 
  2. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address - changes cannot be made after 2 hours of placing your order and we cannot be held responsible for packages going to the wrong address.
  3. We are closed on weekends so any orders between Friday 12pm and Sunday are likely to be processed and dispatched the following week. 
  4. Delivery is via DPD and they are liable for all deliveries. 

 

POSTCODE RESTRICTIONS:

Orders from Scotland will take extra time due to it being outside of our usual delivery range.

We are unable to deliver to the following postcodes:

EI, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, BT, JE, KW, ZE, AB37-38, AB44-45, AB53-56, CA18-27.
